The elevators were a nightmare! Only one was working, causing long waits. The beds were uncomfortably hard, and the towels felt like sandpaper. To top it off, the shower head was broken, and the basin wouldn't drain properly.

A beautiful hotel with a stunning rooftop view and friendly staff truly enhanced the experience. The breakfast options were delightful, though the elevator could be a bit intimidating and noise from the street was disruptive at night. Overall, it’s a wonderful spot for a relaxing stay.

It was just a prime choice for a fleeting stay in Mazatlan with very good value for money. The breakfast buffet offered delicious omelets that really hit the spot. If you want a quieter room, opt for one not facing the street.

The place is right across the street from the Malecón, and let me tell you the views from the rooftop pool are amazing, you gotta see it to believe it. Plus, the breakfast buffet was solid, fresh options that kept coming, nothing like starting the day with good food.
